Privacy

When you join the launch list, we store your email address, language, the gift you are interested in and a record of your consent. When you send an enquiry, we store your email and message to handle it. These records are stored in our Supabase-backed customer workspace and restricted to authorised Silvera administrators.

Your bag, favourites, display currency and cookie choice use browser storage. Google Analytics, when configured, loads only after you allow analytics. We do not send your email, message or gift note to analytics. You can change the cookie choice in the footer.

To ask about your information, withdraw marketing consent or request deletion, use the contact form. The operating legal entity, controller contact, retention schedule and any additional launch-market disclosures must be finalised before the commercial launch.
